Hard Particle Separator (HPS)
The organic fraction obtained from separation facilities includes many non-organic fractions, although they vary depending on the waste. these constitute 10/30% of the organic fraction. The organic fraction is purified by removing non-organic products from the organic fraction. Non-organic products that need to be removed: glass, stone, hard plastic, metal, etc.
Hard particle separator is especially used in organic fraction lines fed to digester tanks and largely prevents the entry of unwanted waste into the digesters. Thanks to this machine, the system is protected and the efficiency of subsequent processes such as biomethanization, dewatering, and wdf plant is increased. It has 80% efficiency. Our efforts to increase efficiency continue.
