Domestic Municipal Waste Separation Facility:
The facility, also known as pre-treatment in Waste Disposal and Energy Production facilities, which enables the production of energy from waste, raw material recovery, organic fertilizer production and the production of fuel raw materials derived from waste, is very important in terms of the importance of renewable energy and the necessity of waste disposal.
In addition to Mechanical Separation Plants, biomethanization plants and wastewater treatment plants generally operate in an integrated manner. Therefore, plant efficiency and sustainability are very important. In today's world where the sector is still developing, we offer permanent solutions regarding separation plant technologies. Instead of classic bag openers, we produce stronger double-shaft crushers, single-pedal ballistic screens (80% efficiency) and multi-pedal ballistic screens (95% efficiency).
Domestic waste separation facilities can be designed in many different combinations. Every variable, from the shape of the land to be built to the characterization of the incoming waste, affects the facility design.
Considering that even the technologies of the world's leading countries vary according to the type of their regional waste, it is important to produce facilities specific to Turkey with original designs. Based on this need, we produce specially designed machines. We also improve and develop existing technologies.
