Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) Plant:

It is generally installed in addition to separation plants and waste disposal plants. Domestic and industrial wastes that come out of separation plants and have no economic value are processed and used as an alternative to coal and other wastes in Biomass burning plants and Cement Plants. The waste that has no economic value needs to be purified, sized and its moisture value reduced. In addition to the crushers used in sizing and the screw press or drying machines used in dewatering, we are working on a new dewatering technology. We bring the organic fraction waste coming out of the separation plant to a size below 50 mm and 30% moisture values. This product becomes a fuel with a calorific value almost equal to coke. It can also be prescribed with different products and its calorific values ​​can be increased. 

Our work on high capacity pre-crushers and final crushers, heavy material separators such as air knives, dryers such as pressing, screw extrusion or belt drying, as well as specially designed and patented aty dryers, continues rapidly.
