Plant and Process Engineering

Facilities are generally units that are formed by integrating many different machine equipment with intermediate elements such as conveyors and helices and can produce multiple outputs. Each unit offers a solution on a specific issue with similar equipment features. In biogas facilities, it is a group of facilities that provide many different outputs as a result of integrating multiple different units. In large-scale integrated facilities, even a simple intermediate element used in each unit is of vital importance. For example; If the conveyor carrying the organic fraction in separation facilities breaks down, if there is no backup line or backup plan in the facility, gas production in the Biomethanization facility will also be interrupted. In other words, electricity production is sensitive to even the failure of a conveyor. Accordingly, facilities should be designed and designs should be made that will not interrupt electricity production.

We produce specially designed solutions that will maximize output and minimize losses in biogas plants that we have experience in construction and operation, and we develop technologies accordingly. We work to manufacture and popularize imported machines with very high initial investment and operation costs, using local resources. We produce specially designed facilities and machines according to waste characterizations that vary even according to the geography where they are located.
